What Are Community Tables

Community Tables are small, facilitated conversations designed to listen deeply and move intentionally.

They are not debates.
They are not speeches.
They are not about winning an argument.

They are a place to:

• Share lived experience

• Identify gaps and opportunities

• Build shared understanding

• Explore solutions, inside and outside City Hall

Some conversations lead to policy. Others lead to partnerships, programs, or community-led action.

All of them lead to better decisions.
